Kavala Pulling Oil 4 oz

Our Ayurvedic herbal-infused oil to be used for daily oil-pulling.

Oil pulling is a traditional Ayurvedic technique of "swishing" with an herbal-infused oil, similar to using traditional mouthwash.

It's designed to remove bacteria from the mouth which helps with overall oral wellness, reduces inflammation, improves bad breath, and strengthens gums*

Directions:

1. Use 1/2 tbsp infused oil
2. Swish for 3-5 minutes in your mouth, be sure to really squeeze it through all the areas of the teeth
3. Dispose into a trash can or the sink with hot water running to help flush it down
