REFUND POLICY

At Charise's Beautiful Things, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of beauty and wellness products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
